Prerequisite
Completed Swedish Level I and Level II or be at a level assessed by our teachers. You should also find it easy to have a short conversation and write basic sentences, ask simple questions, make brief statements and write basic sentences in Swedish.
Course Objective
This course focuses on further developing the language on an intermediate level. The course will continue to build vocabulary and sentence structure. It will also put additional emphasis on grammar and conversation. Facts about Sweden will provide a meaningful and productive way of learning the language. There will be many opportunities to practice pronunciation by communicating in small groups.
By the end of this course, you will continue to:
- respond and converse on intermediate topics using correct pronunciation;
- write more complex sentences; and
- read more advanced passages.
